GVMUN Secretariat

The GVMUN Secretariat represents the central leadership team of GVMUN, which is responsible for overseeing all operations and implementing initiatives. Members are expected to take a more involved role, which will include attending regular work and planning sessions if possible. Secretariat members will be compensated with volunteer hours.

Skills We're Currently Looking For

While there are no formal application categories, some skills we are currently looking for include:

Grant Writing

Help secure funding and partnerships through effective grant proposal writing

Video Editing

Create engaging video content for conferences, training, and promotional materials

Outreach

Expand our reach through social media management, LinkedIn networking, and partnership development

Logistics

Coordinate conference operations, scheduling, and organizational management

Secretariat Responsibilities

  • Oversee all GVMUN operations and strategic initiatives
  • Attend regular work and planning sessions

  • Mentor fellows, interns, and other team members
  • Drive organizational growth and policy implementation
